Who we are

This website is operated by Precise Facilities Management Ltd (company registration in progress), trading as Precise FM (“we”, “us”). We provide facilities management services to commercial property clients across Bristol, the South West & London. For anything in this policy, contact info@precisefm.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

Enquiry form and email

When you contact us — through the enquiry form or by email — we receive the details you choose to send: typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to and manage your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you have made to us).

Compliance calendar downloads

If you request our compliance calendar, we use the name and email address you provide to send you the guide. Your details are stored with Resend, our email provider. We only send you further emails — occasional practical FM updates — if you tick the box asking for them, and every such email includes an unsubscribe option. Our lawful basis is consent.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location at city level, and how you found us. No analytics cookies are set unless you accept them via the cookie banner. See the cookie policy for details and to change your choice at any time. Our lawful basis is consent.

Who processes your data

• Resend (email delivery) — transmits enquiry-form submissions to our inbox.
• Vercel (hosting) — serves this website and holds standard server logs.
• Google (analytics) — only if you consent to analytics cookies.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for marketing lists without asking you first.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship it relates to, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings (14 months).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it, and object to our use of it. Email info@precisefm.co.uk and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We’ll update this page if our practices change, and revise the date at the top when we do.
